Demo v0.60 Update

Content-wise, this is planned to be the FINAL public demo before finishing the full version of CrossPaint! [Not counting bug fixes: If necessary, minor updates will still happen to fix those.]

- The spraycan tool is now implemented! You can use it to spray random particles on the canvas for a more "painted" look!

- A built-in help menu has finally been implemented! Use it as a quick reference for learning how each tool works!

- Extra stability improvements across all CPU/PPU phase alignments.
